FAQ’s
Q: What Time Does The Tour Begin?
A: All guests should arrive by 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start.
Q: What Time Does The Tour End?
A: This very much depends on the number of questions that are asked. We aim to finish between 10.15 and 10.30 but this can be later. Should you wish to leave to catch trains, buses then please feel free to leave at your convenience.
Q: Is my registration/ticket transferable?
A: Tickets are non refundable and non transferable. This is because we are a business and have costs that need to be paid regardless of “no shows”. We understand that this can cause upset but we hope you understand.
Q:What is on the menu?
A: On our Dinner, Drink and Tour option, the meal is sausage and mash. Should you require a vegetarian option, we will be pleased to offer this; whilst we are also pleased to cater for vegans and those with specific dietary requirements. However it is essential that you should inform us within 7 days of the event if you would like anything other than sausage and mash in order for us to notify the kitchen. We would advise those booking for groups to ensure that they order the correct meal for everyone in their party.
Failure to inform us of any meal alternatives to sausage and mash 7 days prior to your tour will incur a supplement to pay on the night of between £5.00 and £10.00.
Q: Is this tour wheelchair friendly?
A: As this tour begins on the first floor of a victorian pub without lift access, we suggest speaking to our tour team prior to booking
Q: How much walking is there?
A: Around 45 mins to 1 hour of walking.
Q: Is there parking nearby?
A: There is street parking around the area and car parks in the close proximity.
