Brum Tours Presents: “City Of The DEAD” Birmingham Ghost Tour.

Over the years, Birmingham has seen more than its fair share of life – and death. From the grand buildings of the city centre to the atmospheric backstreets of the Jewellery Quarter, around every corner are memories of how Brummies have met their end, and what happened to them afterwards.

Our ghost walks take you on a tour of the city to some of the locations reputed to be haunted. In each place, the expert guide will tell you the stories behind the hauntings – the people involved and the events that give rise to the reported ghosts. We will hear about ghostly activity in Birminghams principal railway station, the premier theatre and several other historical landmarks.

Our stories are a combination of social history, gruesome tales and historical mysteries, dealing with murder, executions, plague and much more besides. You may have walked these streets many times, but you will never look at them in the same way again.

The tour begins on the site of an old Jewish Burial ground and meanders it’s way through the old and the new of the City.

Intended to be entertaining and informative rather than scary, and suitable for ages 7 and above, our ghost walks are a great way to spend an evening for anyone who wants to discover more about the alternative history of Birmingham.

City Of The DEAD is the perfect Birmingham Ghost Tour for socialising with friends, corporate nights out, anniversaries and more.
